A 4-core 64-bit processor sits alongside a dedicated AI processor — one DaVinci V300 AI core at 1.224GHz and four TAISHAN V200M cores at 1.6GHz — putting CPU, inference, ISP and graphics output on a single board. Object recognition, image classification and similar accelerated workloads run locally at 20 TOPS.

12GB or 24GB at 4266Mbps. The larger configuration is what makes this board different from the 8T: complex multi-process applications, larger models and bigger frame buffers all stay resident instead of thrashing.

M.2 2280 SATA or NVMe SSD

The onboard M.2 slot takes a 2280 SATA or NVMe drive for fast, high-capacity local storage — datasets, weights and logs off the microSD card. An eMMC module of 32GB, 64GB or 256GB can be fitted alongside it.

2.5G high-speed dual Ethernet ports

Two 2.5G Ethernet ports on separate PCIe lanes. That is the interface to reach for when the board is ingesting camera streams on one link and serving results on the other, or sitting inline as an edge gateway.

Multi-channel output, supporting multi-screen heterodyne display

Dual HDMI video output at 4K, one MIPI DSI 4-lane video output and two MIPI 4-lane camera inputs. Each display can show something different rather than mirroring, so one board drives a video wall, a control panel and an operator screen at once.

Rich interfaces for easy expansion

MIPI DSI and dual MIPI CSI, three USB 3.0 ports and Type-C 3.0, dual HDMI 2.0, dual 2.5G Ethernet, an M.2 slot for a 2280 SATA or NVMe SSD, a MicroSD slot, a 40-pin header and a reserved battery connector.

About the board

OrangePi AIpro (20T) is powered by a 4-core 64-bit processor plus an AI processor with integrated graphics, delivering 20 TOPS of AI compute. It carries 12GB or 24GB of LPDDR4X, accepts an external eMMC module of 32GB, 64GB or 256GB, and drives dual 4K output.

The interface set is broad: two HDMI outputs, a 40-pin GPIO header, a Type-C power port, an M.2 slot for a 2280 SATA or NVMe SSD, a MicroSD slot, 2.5G high-speed LAN, three USB 3.0 ports, one USB 3.0 Type-C, a Type-C for serial print debugging, two MIPI cameras, one MIPI screen output and a reserved battery connector.

Ubuntu and openEuler are both supported, covering most AI prototyping and inference development. We hold the board in local stock in Pakistan with warranty and setup support.
